The returned item must first be received at our warehouse. Once we have your item, we’ll process your return. Please allow 14 working days from the date your order is returned for your refund to be processed.

After your return has been fully processed, we’ll email you a credit confirmation with your refund amount.

Clinique eGift cards, gift cards, promotional items, final sale items, and Clinique products purchased anywhere other than Clinique.co.uk are not eligible for return online. We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use.
